i was reading fb note that tingyi posted, and man i miss our ij days :/
the kiasu rushing down to recess, endless visits to toilets, walking up and down everyday for homerooms, spotchecks, lee chia lin (hhahahah, lcl! ) and april eng classes, locker fun, racial harmony and mass, etc etc. not forgetting shen lao shi. i think he's my favouritess teacher cus he makes cheena fun. and somehow i think i miss lim kee tiong's yellow form distribution periods, where we get all panicky when we spot him and always on the lookout for mr. meanace. hahah. its just all these bittersweet memories that makes it so heartwarming.
oh, did i mention im thankful for being in ij? yeh, i really am. hahaha.
so, thank you lord amen.
coming back to 2009, i still have piles of hw. sucks to the core. had an unproductive study session at rad's, which we played guitar hero and ddr and wii. haha, asshole i want a rematch!

i still cant believe im doing what im doing, my brain's still stuck in secondary sch mode.

daddy's birthday's around the corner and i have no idea what to get him.

Hello. I'm feeling so tired from studying. But then again, what have I studied? Nothing much. Wed is gonna be a killer for me. HOW?! No time no mood no motivation no nothing. Only having the mood for clubs and drinks fuck. HOW. I wanna go to forbidden city at clarke quay, it's really nice. Mini dancefloor in the middle... for anyone who's brave enough. Nice comfy seats to lie on, nice atmosphere nice remixes. Slack slack slack slack. The govt is making everyone strive for success because they need talented people for the future and they don't know who has the ability, therefore everyone has to work hard. And they do so by arousing our dissatisfaction, not satisfied with what we have, so we will try to "better" ourselves. Everyone will end up trying to gain cultural goals(good jobs etc)However not everyone has equal access to the institutionalized means of achieving cultural goals. These ppl will be frustrated or strained (strain theory) and they will be motivated to turn to deviance (illegitimate ways of achieving success). Kk too much sociology liaozxzxz. My god where's my mat songssss

hahah, updates updates.
vday has been not so great but fun (: i found a new past time, fly kites at night.
damn wierd i know but cool and windy. and eth's back, sweeeeet.
sch's been okay, had mid sem test last week and totally flunk it. tsk.
i need to start studying. classmates have been accepting. and we've been hanging out a little. its not all that bad luh. and then there'll be a "class" bbq on tue, cant wait!
its raining monkeys and cows now, my favouritess weather to stay home.
i need to start on assignments. and revision. and piano. and clear my to-do list.
sch said there prolly wont be any long hols during bachelor programme, which sucks.
in consolation, i have ftt in london, grad and roadtrip to look forward too (:

aloha friends
omg sch's been such a bitch.
the class schedule's been a mess, i havent been seeing clique and all, weekends' a whore and the classmates, well, are the greatest surprises. stupid old fogeys. they're damn childish and they complain bout the littlest things and talk bout the lamest stuff. hahahahha, like seriously. i think god just dumped me in the middle of the "working class society". praise the lord, amen.
and they have no sense of humor. tell a joke and they'll stare a you as if u're a freak. omg i think i see myself in them, like 20 yrs down the road. (screams and runs away). hahahah. ewwwww.
okay, so much of the ranting.
japan has been great. i love the weather, chilly but not freezing. they had this festival thingy with beans and all, setsuban or sth. hhahah. visited a few shrines and old worn down places. its pretty cool and osaka has really great food and shopping! you have to walk a lot to get around. they have food theme parks, underground malls and awesome ramen andd beautiful architecture; with really cool back alleys and boutiques and art museums. there's just so much to do, so little time.
hahahha. the wedding was really interesting. the greatess part is that i got to wear the kimono at the wedding reception(: total awesomeness. but it wasnt what i imagined it to be cus it was kinda uncomfortable and stuffy and poofy and tight. with all the bowing and greetings, its kinda mummy-ish. i kept tripping. hahaha, but it was really fun!
plus sara taught me how to fold the kimono. haha i swear i cant do housework. haha. still, i think japanese are really patient people (:
